Orders will usually be pack and dispatched with in 2 working days. We currently ship through Australia Post and can not control how long that will take. Usually orders are received within 7 working day of dispatch, depending on where you live. You will receive notification of dispatch and tracking number. 

If for some unforeseen reason, you don't receive this notification please either email or text me (see contact page) and I will check on this and let you know what is happening.

Once order is dispatched you can check on their website as to where your order is.

Please note that at very busy times, like Mothers Day and Christmas, orders may take longer to pack, dispatch and be delivered. We will always do our best to keep you informed of any delays in this process.
