Refund policy

Make sure you are ordering/purchasing what is suitable for your skin type.

Please read all information about each product to make sure it is suitable for your skin type and condition. I will always give as much information about each product to help you with your purchase from "Sunshine and Kisses". All products have been created with sensative skin types in mind, though not all skin allergies can be catered for. If irritation does occur please stop using product staight away. Please make contact with me for advice on what to do next.

General Information.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or a refund.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sunshineandkisses71@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 168 Avon Terrace York WA 6302. I will pay the postage my end for approved returns.

 Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Every effort is made in packing your products to make sure no damage will happen to your purchased product(s), in transit.

Once damaged item(s) have been returned, replacement product(s) will be posted to you with 2 working days.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
I am more than happy to exchange a product if you are unhappy with it.


Refunds

If you do not want an exchange and only want a refund, monies will be deposited into your nominated Australian bank account, with in 5 working days, once the product has been returned to above address. I will notify you once monies have been deposited. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to show the money in your account.
